Documents

Read the institution before any conversation begins.

Serious partnership is not opened with a pitch. It is opened by a partner being able to read the institution — its identity, governance, programme architecture, financing logic, safeguarding posture and discipline of the ask — before the first call. This page is that public reading room.

The public document set is presented below. Two documents are available for immediate download, while the full Vision and Strategic Plan 2026–2035 is released on direct request to serious partners. A short supporting note explains the alignment with Tanzania Development Vision 2050. The diligence-grade materials are framed at the foot of the page: they are not posted publicly, and they are released when a substantive engagement pathway opens under appropriate confidentiality controls.

Supporting Note

Vision 2050 Alignment

A concise two-page note explaining how Genette Foundation is designed to align with Tanzania Development Vision 2050 from inception. Alignment is a positioning statement, not a claim of government endorsement, partnership, approval or sponsorship.

To request the Vision and Strategic Plan, or to open a diligence conversation, write to either Co-Leader.

Pastor Gaudencia Aaron carries the Foundation's child- and youth-centred mission, pastoral legitimacy and community relationships. Fradius Martin carries the institutional, governance, donor-readiness and strategic-partnerships function. Both replies are tracked.
